Situated just down the lane from the main farm entrance, overlooking the main gardens and lake, Mead Cottage is one of a pair of old farm cottages. It has its own rear private garden, laid to lawn, which is ideal for families with children or those wishing to bring a dog and also offers ample parking for two cars.

Upstairs is a master double bedroom with dressing area
and ensuite shower room. Also, access to a private balcony with views across the
neighbouring garden and lake. There are two pretty single bedrooms and a twin
bedroom in an open plan attic room. All the upstairs rooms have views over the
countryside. A single Z-bed for one extra guest can be provided if required. In addition to the ensuite shower room there is a
family bathroom upstairs on the first floor and a cloakroom on the ground floor.

From the hall is a cloakroom and a good size modern fitted kitchen. Through the dining room, which will seat eight
plus two bar stools at a breakfast bar, to the beamed and well furnished sitting
room, with large stone fireplace with log burning stove. Here there is plenty of comfortable seating, occasional tables and soft lights.
From the sitting room, through the French doors, is a large sunny conservatory, fully furnished and overlooking the garden. |
